The Christa McAuliffe Planetarium, named for NASA's first "Teacher in Space," Concord teacher Christa McAuliffe,
is a place for families to enjoy space science, astronomy and aviation-related activities
Indoor hands-on exhibits include landing the space shuttle and creative building with robotics. Outdoor exhibits,
(weather permitting) offer a self-guided Planet Walk of the solar system and Human Sundial.
Take your curious or knowledgeable Space travelers on a roundtrip flight through the universe in our 40 foot
domed theater. Our planetarium shows mix education and entertainment to delight audiences of all ages. Join us
for Super Stellar Fridays, lectures, workshops, and telescope viewing. Ask about our rocket, space and
aviation camps.
Seasonal offerings include: Valentine Evening, Celebrate Spring Equinox, Astronomy Day (1st Saturday in May)
and Midnight Merriment (December).
Find your place in space at Northern New England’s largest Planetarium. Open 7 days a week. Exhibits,
